In-house – Investment Fund – Real Estate Tax – c.£100k + up to 30% bonus

Nebula Partners are working with global multi-billion dollar investment fund to identify a tax professional with experience of alternative investment tax issues to join their tax advisory in-house team.

The tax group is intimately involved in the wider business’s investment structuring and tax planning, and liaises with the wider European and US groups regularly. In fact, this role will involve sitting within the wider Real Estate Investment team, offering advice on the tax implications of international real estate deals and the best way to structure these deals. Acting as the firm’s primary Real Estate tax specialist.

Reporting into Managing Director of the Real Estate Investment team and working closely with the Head of Tax, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in all tax issues arising in the UK and Europe. This is a unique opportunity to sit as part of a deal team, utilising your tax expertise to support them directly on new investments.

You must have a UK tax technical background with ACA/CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualifications.

A proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and external client relationships will be essential. Ideally, the successful candidate will have worked in a leading Real Estate Tax group in a large accountancy firm or from an in-house background, with significant advisory experience. A high performing existing Senior Manager would be ideally placed. A commercial mindset and an intimate understanding of the investment management sector will be especially advantageous.

Basic salary c.£100,000 plus industry leading benefits and a bonus up to 30%
