Director, Transfer Pricing, London

Responsibilities

* Advising on a diverse range of technical work including the development of transfer pricing planning strategies for business model optimisation work and intellectual property planning; compliance programmes; and audit defence strategies
* Managing the preparation of transfer pricing reports based on economic and financial analyses of the client's business to support their transfer pricing policies with HMRC and other tax authorities
* Taking a lead in the development of a range of technical analyses
* Helping clients to satisfy transfer pricing compliance requirements in the UK and overseas countries
* Building and refining your transfer pricing and wider international tax technical knowledge, developing eminence in certain areas
* Managing more junior staff in client service teams
* Working with other senior colleagues to develop new services, offerings and analytical tools
* To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
