A Big 4 Chartered Accountancy firm is looking for an ambitious Senior Manager to join their growing Transaction Team and become Partner within 4 years, the role will be based in their London office.

The role is pure transactions and advisory work, this opportunity is driven by growth which is leading to hiring future partners.

The Financial Services Transaction and Treasury Tax team provides transaction related tax advice throughout the full deal lifecycle. The wider transactions team is the market leading FS diligence practice and the TT team is the industry’s only EMEIA-wide FS focused M&A tax team.

Key responsibilities:

- Focus on the delivery of high quality transaction tax advice to our clients
- Build and maintain relationships
- Manager the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical and business driven approach
- Pursue and develop new opportunities
- Lead a specialist team of transaction tax professionals, develop their skills and contribute to the growth of the team

Key skills and qualifications:

- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to manager client expectations
- Significant technical tax expertise, including familiarity with current international developments
- Results orientation and a willingness to take on responsibility
- A strong client focus allied to strategic and commercial awareness
- ACA/CA/Law qualification or equivalent (appreciate legal training especially on due diligence and transactions)
