As the team is expanding, they are now looking to hire a WHT Senior Manager to join their London office.
Be an integral partner in our clients business decisions to enhance shareholder value by providing tax-related advice globally to all business units. Assist with governmental audits, internal audits and/or fiscal recharges. Ensure company complies with worldwide statutory tax reporting specifications. Develop strategies to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of all tax laws affecting our client.
-Monitoring and analysing global WHT policy and legislative changes; evaluating the impact on the Group's business as a result of global and/or country-specific changes; developing solutions to address these changes;
-Developing the Group WHT compliance strategy and solutions, working closely with other tax and business functions, e.g. transfer pricing
-Customisation and adaptation of WHT solutions to meet the complex and changing business needs of the Group;
-Assisting with the development of global withholding tax application structure to support transaction level tax automation
-Overseeing the management of WHT assets;
-Identifying and monitoring WHT risk and developing mitigating strategy;
YOU
At least 10+ years' tax experience with a large corporation
Proven experience in withholding tax management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Eligible to work in the UK
