Personal Tax Senior Manager, Cambridge

We are recruiting a Personal Tax Senior Manager for a prestigious Cambridge based firm. The position reports to the Tax partner and is responsible for:

Providing high level Technical Support to all Partners and to members of the private client team. Particularly in respect of advanced planning opportunities and for ensuring that technical work is carried out in accordance with the firm's high standards and current procedures.

The Senior Manager will work alongside Partners and be involved in strategic networking both internally and externally to help grow the private client and in particular to develop and market the specialist private client services that the firm offers.

Assist the Partners in meeting the firms strategic and commercial objectives.
This is a role with a plenty of responsibility and autonomy in terms of how the work is delivered.

The position will involve managing your own portfolio as well as working closely with Partners with a view to provide and deliver first class advice and service on technical and advanced planning solutions for High Net Worth Individuals.

The position will play a key supporting role to the Private Client Tax Partner, both in terms of Managing the private client team and also being involved in the strategic direction of the department.

The successful candidate will be an existing Personal Tax Manager /Senior Manager looking for a firm that offers an excellent client base and variety of work, combined with a great working environment and positive work life balance. You will need to be ACA or CTA Qualified , STEP Qualified with a broad range of private client experience.
