Mixed Tax Senior, Bishop's Stortford

Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Mixed Tax Senior in Bishop's Stortford.

Our client is a Top 30 firm who are looking to add to their Tax team with an experienced Senior. The role will involve supervising junior staff, aiding with their development, whilst reporting to a Partner.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

To finalise moderately complex personal, partnership and trust tax returns, clearing all remaining queries, making final adjustments and presenting a complete pack to a manager.
To be fully aware of, and compliant with, ethical and regulatory standards requirements and in-house compliance procedures.
Responsibility for managing a Compliance and Advisory portfolio of mixed Private and Corporate Tax as well as associated project work
To develop and maintain a close working relationship with clients alongside senior staff.
To aid to the development of more junior staff providing training and supervision.
The successful candidate will be ATT qualified and will have a strong knowledge of both Personal and Corporate Tax within a Practice background. The candidate will be able to demonstrate exemplary leadership and organisational skills.
