This is a purely tax advisory role. You will be advising a diverse and high quality client base on their complex tax affairs. In addition, you can be expected to take an active role in business development.

Experience required

You should be ATT qualified, with at least 2 years’ experience, probably gained in a large or mid-tier accountancy firm. You should have some experience of advising SMEs, OMBs and/or private clients, whether with a personal or corporate tax focus.

You will be able to demonstrate an appetite for learning and a willingness to take on a variety of technical challenges.

Excellent client facing and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to write clearly and concisely.
Whilst sound technical experience is a pre-requisite, the right attitude and outlook is equally as important. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate drive and ambition to succeed, commitment to good client service, and a proactive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
