The tax function provides value adding, proactive support across a wide range of countries and operates as an integrated part of the business. Your role will be to provide business focussed tax support across a range of matters.
Specific responsibilities will include:
* Identification of tax risks and opportunities, including monitoring legislative changes that may impact the group's tax position,
* Maintaining regular contact with operating businesses to ensure risks are identified, reported and managed promptly and appropriately.
* Advising on cross-border transactions
* Transfer pricing matters including assisting with policy development, monitoring compliance and preparing documentation in conjunction with international finance teams and advisors.
* Supporting international M&A projects including due diligence, structuring and integration, as well as internal restructuring projects.
* Responding to ad-hoc queries from the businesses.
You will have a proven tax technical background with the interpersonal skills to influence and manage a range of stakeholders in a commercial environment.
