The Executive will work as part of a dedicated team, working closely with, and supporting
more experienced members of the team, and assisting in the timely delivery of services to our
clients. They will focus on specific clients(s), although working as a team to assist across
clients. There will also be an element of assisting more junior members of the team with their development.
Responsibilities
Reviewing client responses to the reviews of their service charge accounts and following up on outstanding issues by phone and email
Preparation of service charge accounts
Preparation of accountants’ reports
Preparation of additional client reports and schedules – internal and external
Liaising with clients as needed, dealing with issues which may arise, escalating to seniors/manager as required
Clearing manager/director review points within the KPI
Client visits as and when required
Managing own workload to ensure you and the team hit the required KPIs
Co-ordinate your client’s files and deadlines with the project executive
Attend client conference calls, leading sections of these calls
Assist the managers with project management tasks and creating reports
Assist junior members of staff
Provide technical advice to other team members to develop their understanding
Suggest and action process improvements and efficiencies
Maintain awareness of risk and deliver high quality documents
Requirements
Part qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA) or qualified AAT
A- level or equivalent qualifications
2 years accounting experience working within practice or industry
Experience managing projects is desirable but not required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
