What will role involve?

You will support the corporate tax partner on high level corporate tax projects and team management. 

Example of the work the corporate tax team gets involved with includes:  M&A work including tax efficient structuring and due diligence corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions; international tax, transfer pricing, double tax treaties, property taxation, including property development by UK and overseas companies.
