Corporation Tax Associate in Docklands

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Corporation Tax Associate to join our client, based in Canary Wharf

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identification and monitoring of entities within the charge to UK corporation tax;
- Preparation of the corporation tax computations and returns;
- Preparation of month end procedures; tax monthly provisions and associated tax journals, year to date results schedule, certification and substantiation of tax balances in the general ledger.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Experience of working in a tax department of a US investment bank an advantage
- A newly qualified professional with a recognised accounting and/or tax qualification
- A self-motivated team player who is able to prioritise and work to demanding deadlines
- A knowledge of the UK corporation tax regime with strong tax accounting skills
- An individual focussed on operating within and enhancing the existing tax risk and control framework
