The team in Gatwick oversees compliance for their key clients whilst advising on group planning, transfer pricing policy, diverted profits tax, loss utilisation, capital allowances planning but equally overseeing tax audits for number of PLC's. The team also advises on M&A & Corporate Re-organisations, demergers, advising shareholders on earn-out structures etc.
This role is a crucial people Partner role, hence career paths, development & nurturing of the team is absolutely the highest priority for the new hire.
As a proven Tax professional you will be a member of key groups for the firm whether Property Tax Group, Research & Development team, Transaction Tax team, Restructuring & recovery team whilst frequently attending business networking and client development events.
