The company
US Headquartered PLC, operating in the energy sector, is looking for a transfer pricing specialist to support on the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and review of template for the group policy.
The role
* To review existing transfer pricing documentation against new requirements under action 13 of the OECD BEPS project.
* Update / prepare outline transfer pricing documentation for trade product flows, particularly the choice of method, economic analysis, functional analysis and advice on the population of relevant financial data
* Update and review existing transfer pricing documentation for product royalties, particularly the royalty rate and advice on the population of relevant financial data
* To provide outline suggestions / instructions on the relevant supporting documentation including comparative database information
* To outline the potential risks for each jurisdiction including penalties
* To review the template guidance for the group's transfer pricing file and suggest practical improvements
* To review the process for management recharges and recommend potential improvements
* Ad-hoc transfer pricing reviews and advice on PE risks.
About you
* CTA Qualified or tax Lawyer
* Practical transfer pricing experience in the preparation and review of documentation
