In-house – Investment Fund – Tax Manager– c.£80k + up to 30% bonus

Nebula Partners are working with a leading investment fund to identify a tax professional with experience of alternative investment tax issues to join their small tax advisory in-house team.

The tax group is intimately involved in the wider business’s investment structuring and tax planning, and liaises with the wider European and US groups regularly.

Reporting into the Tax Director and working closely with the senior management, the successful candidate will be heavily involved all tax issues arising in the UK and Europe.

In addition to this, you will be involved in one-off projects surrounding corporate criminal offence and anti-tax evasion work, as well as advising on the taxation of carried interest and the continued development of a world-wide remuneration policy.

You must have a UK tax technical background with ACA/CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualifications.

A proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and external client relationships will be essential. Ideally, the successful candidate will have worked in a Financial Services Tax group in a large accountancy firm or from an in-house background, with significant advisory experience.

Basic salary £80,000 plus industry leading benefits and a bonus up to 30%
