JOB DESCRIPTION
The International Tax Manager will be responsible for
Analyze and document detailed tax implications of potential deals, including stamp tax and transfer tax considerations
Work with advisors and auditors to ensure comfort over structures & positions
Summarize and document positions taken and advice received for each deal
Coordinate & review US and foreign entity tax elections and forms
Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams on deal specifics to ensure proper accounting and reporting
Handle the ongoing monitoring/testing of existing deals to ensure adherence to tax instructions
Monitor changes in investment plan and region / country tax law changes & advise on restructuring needed
Handle tax reporting and steps needed as part of entity divestment, wind-down and dissolution
Facilitate and review of foreign tax filings by foreign tax preparers
REQUIRED SKILLS
7+ years of International Tax experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Previous experience with Tax Partnership and Research & Planning
Microsoft Excel proficient
Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
