Your new role
Your role will be as Associate Director where you will utilise your knowledge of the clients and capital markets transactions to advise on managing Securities Tax risks alongside the wider Financial Services Tax offerings.

As Associate Director, you will be required to undertake a comprehensive list of duties including reviewing and managing work performed by junior members of the team, contributing to various complex projects and having an active role at client meetings and presentations. The different projects that you will be managing will ensure that you are challenged on a daily basis, and will include complex consultancy assignments, technical research, review and preparation of client proposals, completion of advisory projects.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit an individual who is UK tax qualified either with an ACA or CTA. Prior experience of working with Securities Tax/Operational tax is a must with exposure to withholding tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty tax. Also it would be beneficial if you hold experience of delivering multi-jurisdictional corporate tax advisory projects.
