Tax Transformation Senior Manager – Tax Reporting – London or Birmingham

Nebula Partners are working with a leading consulting firm which is at the cutting edge of tax technology solutions within global compliance managed services to clients. This growing area offers services to clients to ensure that their statutory compliance and reporting obligations are met in each of the jurisdictions in which their clients operate.

Clients who use this service range include manufacturing, FMCG, media, retail, natural resources, infrastructure and financial services and operate across many tax jurisdictions.

Due to the growth in the audit and accounting related tax services area, a tax reporting specialist is required to provide technical input into this exciting and challenging field.

Projects will include:
• Providing tax advice for audit of tax on a mix of listed and non-listed multinationals
• Providing support to clients with their group / statutory tax reporting needs, including delivery and project management on global outsource contracts under US GAAP and IFRS
• Providing advice on GAAP conversion projects
• Leading tax accounting project work, including training clients on tax accounting and leading risk reviews
• Managing the delivery of global compliance engagements (corporate tax) and delivery of outsourcing solutions
• Advising clients on leveraging their technology and improving controls

Applications are invited from experienced tax professionals who have a strong awareness of tax reporting requirements and the UK tax regime and good US GAAP and IFRS tax reporting knowledge. You should have good experience of project management and experience on global outsourcing engagements or similar projects or experience of tax/ finance transformation projects.
