Management Accountant - Top 30 Firm

AJ Chambers are recruiting on behalf of a highly-regarded Top 30 firm of Chartered Accountants, based in the City of London. Our client is looking to offer the right candidate great support and career opportunities and join their progressive team as a Management Accountant working with your own portfolio of clients over a variety of different sectors.

Responsibilities;

● Reconciliation of control accounts – PAYE, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Bank, Wages
● Preparation of VAT returns
● Legislation returns, including cash accounting and partial exemption
● Preparation of year end accounts
● Data processing
● Preparation of management accounts
● Journal entries

The ideal candidate;

● Professional Qualification
● Manual and computerized Bookkeeping experience
● Experience of handling and dealing with a client portfolio within Practice
● Excellent communication skills and techniques
● Competent IT skills, including using Sage Line 50 confidently
● Ability to communicate effectively with clients, such as dealing with any queries
● Strong organisation and time management skills
● Varied software experience, is desirable
