Senior Manager – International Tax – up to £100k

A leading firm is looking to expand its international tax structuring team. This advisory focussed role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to lead large international tax projects across a variety of sectors. While dealing with structuring, due diligence and CFC work, you will not be expected to over-specialise within any given sector.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing tax advisory services to a variety of clients.
• Managing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice to a variety of clients involving tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work.
• Liaising with colleagues to provide a co-ordinated service to clients.
• Reviewing corporate tax computations, managing the compliance process and providing tax specialist support to audits for clients under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP.
• Helping to prepare proposals for new work, including researching target and client companies on technical issues to indemnify new solutions.
• Ensuring clients are kept up to date on developments within the corporate tax world that may affect their businesses.
To succeed in this high profile role, you will require strong knowledge and understanding of UK corporate tax legislation. You should be a high performing Tax Manager or an existing Senior Manager.
