Financial Services sector – M&A Tax – Senior Manager - £100k

This industry leading team with a presence across EMEA, is looking for a Senior Manager to join its FS focused M&A Tax team. This pan-European team deals with large transactions across the Banking, Insurance and Asset Management sectors. This offering the team the opportunity to integrate with their continental colleagues and deal with a variety of work covering fund structuring and investor advice as well as due diligence and structuring work.

As a Senior Manager within this leading Transactions Tax team you will:
• Deliver high quality transaction tax advice to our clients
• Build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Manage the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical and business driven approach
• Lead a specialist team of transaction tax professionals, develop their skills, and contribute to the growth of the team
• Offer both buy and sell-side tax structuring services

This team is looking to bring on board a strong Senior Manager with a view to promote up to Director in a short timeframe, as such the successful candidate will have extensive transactions tax expertise focusing on the financial services sector. You should also have significant technical tax expertise gained within a large practice and an ACA/Law qualification or equivalent.
