The firm prides itself on the strength and calibre of its tax investigations department, which is made up of a diverse mix of ex HMRC, ex Big 4 accountancy firm and law firm practitioners.

The London team is looking to recruit an ambitious Tax Investigations Senior Manager who is experienced in all aspects of tax investigations work, with a particular emphasis on private client disputes.

This role requires someone that is technically competent, highly familiar with HMRC conduct and processes and an individual that can provide advice to clients under investigation.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be someone who can show a willingness to contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, networking events, seminars and pitches.

Perhaps you are an experienced Tax Investigations Manager looking for a step up to senior manager or already a senior manager but seeking a new challenge.

You may be a lawyer and/or CTA qualified, or you may be tax qualified but from an accountancy firm background instead.

The essential criteria for this position is strong tax investigations knowledge, excellent client facing commerciality and the ability to negotiate effectively with HMRC on behalf of your clients.
