Simpson Booth are representing one of the leading Indirect Tax practices in the UK who are now looking for Customs specialists at all levels to join their fast-growing business. You will be working with clients across the UK and beyond and collaborating closely with colleagues in the National indirect tax group and Corporate tax. You will get involved with pure advisory, customs systems & process design & implementation projects.

We are looking for a Senior Manager who has c. 7yrs experience in Customs / International trade management environment, ideally in Industry or practice and has a sound knowledge of customs and trade law, particularly the Union Customs Code. You will have strong leadership skills and able to give clear direction to junior team members, have a positive attitude and is ambitious to progress. Ideally you will be ACA or CTA or have Customs training.

We are also looking for an Assistant Manager for the team who is capable of leading large client projects and delegating work / reviewing work from junior team members, working closely with Senior managers, directors and partners who will provide support. You will have worked within a Customs environment before and feel confident to give tax advice to a wide range of clients.
