Payroll Assistant
I am working on a role for a client of mine based in West London, my client is looking for Payroll Assistant to join a vibrant team on a permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Managing the monthly payroll of employees from start to finish
*
Carrying out the processes related to the payroll and ensuring all deadlines are accurately met
*
Ensuring all HR payroll related information is kept up to date and all employees are paid accurately
*
Responsible for making sure all payroll related functions are processed within the allocated deadlines for example P45's, P11D's and the administration of pension contributions
*
Resolving escalated payroll queries
*
Prepare P60's and P11D's
The ideal candidate will have:
*
Experience processing start to finish payroll
*
Sage payroll experience will be advantageous
*
High proficiency in Excel
*
Able to work within and to deadlines
* Accounting knowledge
*
Good communication skills
