Private Client Tax Senior Manager, North Cambridge

A Top 10 Firm in North Cambridge are looking to further expand their Private Client Tax team with a new Private Client Senior Manager. The firm is looking for someone to manage their own portfolio of HNWIs providing bespoke advisory and compliance work. A strong remuneration package is on offer to the right candidate.

Job Description

The role on offer is a mainly advisory role with some compliance. It will involve dealing with a large portfolio of clients including HNWIs their families and their businesses, advising them on a variety of matters from estate planning, international and domicile issues and trust structuring through to corporate reconstructions.

Responsibilities

● Manage your own portfolio of clients
● Produce tax reports
● Planning, controlling and reviewing work carried out by team members
● Responding to tax queries from Partners and Directors. Liaise between Partners, tax department and across service lines
● Ensuring junior members receive training relevant to their level of ability
● Correspondence with clients and HMRC
● Attending client meetings and presentations

The Candidate

● CTA qualified or able to demonstrate with relevant experience
● Significant experience and knowledge of advising clients of sophisticated, personal tax related issues
● Experience of mentoring colleagues
● Experience of developing new business opportunities
