Permanent Personal Tax Manager role | Stockport | £30,000-£35,000

Your new company is an innovative and Top 50 accountancy practice based in Stockport providing accountancy, taxation, audit and consultancy services to a variety of clients across the North West region.

Your new role
Your new role as a Personal Tax Manager will involve managing a portfolio of around 220-230 clients consisting of high net worth individuals and company directors. You will also be responsible for corresponding with clients regarding tax matters by letter, email and phone, preparation of tax returns and associated calculations, preparation of inheritance tax returns and general compliance. You will get involved with a mix of compliance and advisory work equally.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role you will come from a practice background and be experienced in both the compliance and advisory element of personal tax. You will also be confident in liaising with clients on a regular basis and ideally be competent and willing to win new business for the firm. Candidates will also be ATT and CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified.

What you'll get in return
In return for your efforts, you will receive a salary of between £30,000-£35,000 with 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday.
