Global Head of Transfer Pricing

This is a newly-created global TP role, reporting to VP - International Tax, based in the US. It offers a high degree of flexibility for you to shape the position, which is crucial to the company & has the attention of the most senior executives.

You will lead the global transfer pricing function for this US headquartered business with over $11 billion revenues. Key responsibilities will be to establish global transfer pricing policies for all of company’s cross-border transactions, design & implement practical policies that are fully compliant with applicable international tax & OECD norms & take the lead on transfer pricing automation tools & processes. Other responsibilities include managing TP audits globally, TP integration of all acquired entities & managing external advisors.

It is essential that you have excellent strategic skills plus the willingness to be ‘hands on’ regarding the core operational aspects of the role. You will also need to be able demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively work with people at all levels across the globe.
