In House, Corporate Tax Manager, Bedfordshire Reporting to the Group Head of Tax

The Corporate Tax Manager reports direct to the Group Head of Tax and has four main areas of focus on a day to day basis :
Management of a small team ( 2-3 staff) both locally and remotely( the new Shared Service Centre)
Management and review of the group compliance cycle
Providing advice to the business on matters of tax planning, M&A and group projects
Supporting the business on large system implementation projects - COINS to Oracle transition.

It's an exciting time to join this large UK Plc there has been lots of change and growth for very positive reasons and working in the heart of a large UK plc will provide exposure to some interesting, current and challenging tax issues. The client is wanting someone who is qualified - with a strong UK tax background across compliance and advisory with some managerial / mentoring experience. Evidence of project work will also be key, as is large complex multinational exposure
