You will advise on areas such as new territory start-ups, acquisitions, structuring new contracts, advising on the tax implications of new projects. You will also manage UK compliance and overseas compliance with outsource providers. Specific responsibilities will include:
* Reporting tax under IFRS in a listed company
* Forecasting and modelling tax
* Supporting the delivery of top quality strategic tax planning
* Delivery of world class tax support to the business
* Communication of tax strategy with non-tax stakeholders
* Modelling tax impact of new legislation
* Managing the taxation of intellectual property
* Managing UK and overseas tax compliance
* Assisting in management of overseas tax audits
* Providing tax support on M&A
