Corporate Tax Senior - Top 10 Firm

AJ Chambers are currently working with a top 10 firm. The firm is looking to expand their tax team at their Gatwick office with a new Corporate Tax Senior, who will provide tax services to a wide variety of clients. A strong remuneration package as well as good career progression with full CTA study support is on offer to the right candidate.

The Role

The role will be a mix of advisory as well as compliance work, within business tax. You will be ensuring the teams deliverables are completed on time and within budget for their Senior and Manager.

Responsibilities

● Prepare client tax returns required by the Senior and Manager
● Carry out ad hoc requirements
● Ensure client files have all the relevant documentation
● Assist the Seniors and Managers as part of a wider team to service their clients
● Active adherence to budget and time pressures, bringing matters to the attention of the Senior or Manager
● Ensure professional standards are met

The Candidate

● ATT qualified, or able to demonstrate relevant experience
● Strong academic background
● Experience within corporation tax
● Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
● Be able to develop a clear understanding of relevant legislation
