They offer great support and training to their staff and win business through building lasting client relationships. They are currently in the market for a Personal Tax Adviser to offer solutions to key clients.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and acting as the main point of contact for the client and liaising with other advisers. You will oversee the annual compliance cycle on your portfolio; review tax returns, correspondence and advice drafted by more junior members and take a lead on advisory and planning issues. Assisting with developing the business and seeking new opportunities within both the firm and externally by creating a network of contacts and referrers will be a key part to the job. You will have an excellent level of technical knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be qualified, have solid personal tax advisory experience and have great commercial awareness. Building relationships is key to the role, and you must be extremely self-motivated. In addition you will be able to delegate efficiently, review work and have the ability to encourage and foster development of the more junior members of the team. Excellent communication skills are a must as is an adaptable approach.
