Opportunity to lead a VAT function
Your new company
Our client, a leading international CA firm, is currently in the market for a VAT Director to join their Edinburgh office and manage the VAT function.
Your new role
This exciting job is pivotal to the business in Scotland as you will act as the main point of contact for client relationships for all VAT related work, identify new opportunities by networking and developing business relationships, work closely with the Partners to develop client relationships, lead all VAT projects and reviews along with any ad hoc client requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong track record within the field of VAT and the ability to advise on complex VAT issues along with an in-depth and current knowledge of all relevant aspects of UK and international VAT is essential to be successful in the role. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and be CTA and/or CA qualified.
