The Role

A mix of Tax Advisory and M&A across an exciting range of international and domestic clients. Expect to work with clients in:

* Technology
* Communications
* FMCG
* Media
* Financial Services
* Heavy industry

You'll advise them on:

* International tax issues
* Corporate restructures, capital management, and M&A transactions
* Trust taxation
* Various (re)financing agreements

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is interested in meeting with candidates who are sharp, technically sound, and ambitious. If you fit the following profile you should consider applying:

* Admitted as a Solicitor in an Australian jurisdiction
* A solicitor or associate at a Top-Tier law firm, or a Big 4 Tax Lawyer, looking to progress or work on enviable deals
* Excellent academics
* A profound understanding of Tax Law, international Accounting standards and a track record in advising on a range of issues
* Outgoing, with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Ambitious and interested in developing your career
