You will be joining an expanding professional accountancy practice with a digitally focused approach.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong mixed Tax technical ability, but more leaned towards person tax, who enjoys an interesting client base and has the commitment and determination to be the main Tax contact within the expanding business.

Your new role

Manage a large portfolio of clients that include a wide variety of companies from small, owner managed to large groups.

Tax advisory work eg reorganisations, capital allowance reviews, HMRC investigations and acquisitions & disposals (including tax due diligence). Advising on Tax incentives for innovation such as R&D Tax Incentives and Patent Box.

Completion of personal tax self-assessment returns and giving advice on areas of IHT, business property relief and gift relief for capital gains tax purposes. Development of internal controls and processes.

Undertaking tax compliance, tax provisioning for statutory accounts purposes and tax advisory work (Corporate & Personal).

Working with a small team and leading development of same.

What you'll need to succeed

You will either be a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and/or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)

You will have strong academics as well as professional exam track record.
