Interim Senior Tax Manager - IT group - City based

A unique opportunity has arisen to work for a global market leading IT company with a turnover in excess of £50 billion per annum.

Job description:

* Lead and manage the tax planning and get the tax ruling (if any applicable) of the company
* Design and implement the tax management methodology for the company
* Handling the responsible company's corporate tax affairs in a manner that achieves tax efficiency
* Complete and/or review all relevant calculations and tax filings (including VAT/CIT/WHT ) relating to the operating entities
* Managing the cooperation with the company's external tax advisors
* Assuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and other requirements which involves updating and optimizing internal procedures and manuals
* Monitoring and maintaining transfer pricing compliance across the business
* Supporting the managing of tax risks
* Preparing tax calculations for financial reporting purposes
* Contract review (tax clauses)
* Support to regional tax team
* The tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time in the company

Candidate requirements:

* A degree in tax law or tax economics or a foreign equivalent
* Have the rich experience in communication with tax authority and managing the advisory firms
* have the experience in comprehensive tax management for a company and some international tax experience
* Solid knowledge in VAT ,CIT, and transfer pricing
* Fluent in English (both verbally and written).
* Demonstrate strong commitment, perseverance and self initiative.
