Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing (Energy & Resources)

A leading Energy & Resources team is sourcing for a CTA/ACA Qualified Senior Manager to join their impressive team, which focuses on providing expert advice on all aspects of Transfer Pricing.

This would be an ideal role for an individual with strong M&A experience and a passion to continue working in the Energy & Resources market. The candidate will ideally have experience in most of the below points:

* Tax advisory support; involving coordination of tax teams (possibly overseas) and the provision of UK tax advice
* Liaising with both buy and sell-side legal teams, and reviewing/advising on terms of agreements
* International structuring advice for multinational firms looking to invest - aiming to reduce unnecessary tax
* Project financing and cash flow model review

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your understanding of whichever part of the Energy & Resources market you are used to, into a much broader, commercial role, and helping each individual firm - by taking a lead role in the development of their transfer pricing strategy and the subsequent application of this strategy, operationally to the business.

Below is a brief example of the type of work that will be included:

* Contribute to the delivery of innovative transfer pricing solutions to a client base of Energy and Resources
* Participating in the development of transfer pricing design, compliance and audit defence strategies
* Drafting transfer pricing reports including economic and financial analyses to support the client's position with the HMRC

The successful candidate does not necessarily need to have experience in Transfer Pricing, but must have strong M&A experience within the Energy & Resources market, with an interest in gaining exposure into Transfer Pricing.
