Interim Group Tax Manager - In House - London

Our client is a Global Multinational looking for to hire an Interim Group Tax senior candidate for a broad mix role in central London for a 6 months contract.

This opportunity will involve Corporate tax, VAT, Transfer pricing, employment tax

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Lead and manage the tax planning and get the tax ruling

*Design and implement the tax management methodology and matrix for the company

*Handling the responsible company's corporate tax affairs in a manner that achieves tax efficiency, including quarterly VAT instalment payments and accrual, yearly CIT return and contact with tax authority (HMRC) on any tax implementations.

*Working with tax team on transfer pricing solution, implement the solution in the entity

*Monitoring and maintaining transfer pricing compliance across the business

*Supporting the managing of tax risks

*Preparing tax calculations for financial reporting purposes

*Complete and/or review all relevant calculations and tax filings (including VAT/CIT/WHT ) relating to the operating entities

*Work together with tax teams on specific projects which related to a financial entity's financial activities (such as bond issue, SPV setup etc.)

*Work with company HR on employee taxes and review the PSA/STBV etc. before filing, control the tax risks.

*Managing the cooperation with the company's external tax advisors
