An exciting opportunity to join a large global firm's rapidly expanding Indirect Tax technology team. The firm are looking to bring on board an experienced Director or Partner to lead the service line and assist with the growth and development of the business as well as junior colleagues. The team currently consists of some talented junior professionals who are working on projects but they are lacking the strong leadership from the top to become more competitive in the Canadian market.
The role would be based in Toronto as that is where the greatest business need as well as resources are present. The Indirect Tax Tech market is getting more and more important to the firm as the market is diversifying and becoming more reliant on these solutions. The firm have a number of solutions available that would need a commercially minded Director or Partner to implement and sell these solutions as well as take part in the development of new solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director / Partner to take the next step and be responsible for setting up a new dynamic area that will be a key part of the firms strategic growth!
Requirements for the role:
1) A minimum of 10 Years of Indirect Tax experience (Big Four ideal)
2) Experience working with VAT Tech solutions (Design / Implementation etc)
3) A keen interest in Tech
4) Proven commercial business building skills / previous revenue generation ability
5) Fluency in English (French skills beneficial but not required)
