6 month VAT Accountant (In-house), Salford

6 month VAT Accountant required for a prestigious client in Salford paying £12.50 to £17.50 per hour

Your new company
Our client is a prestigious and growing organisation based in Salford and due to the career advancement of the current incumbent we are seeking a VAT Accountant for a 6 month contract to work with a talented Head of VAT


Your new job
Your new job will be to provide both an advisory and compliance service to the rest of the wider organisation , preparing VAT returns, producing Intrastats, liaising with HMRC and being the first port of call for any queries from all operational and finance departments.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have VAT knowledge gained from either from the profession or from a similar role in industry. You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and be able to build strong internal and external relationships with a number of key stakeholders.
