Trust and Tax Senior Manager, London, Consultancy

The role will involve you liaising with offshore trustees, with the purpose of assisting them with UK tax advice in relation to transactions carried out by the trustees and the offshore trusts they administer.

Some aspects of the role:

•Providing advice on UK tax matters in connection with Offshore Trusts.
•Ensuring tax obligations are met
•Providing advice on income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. Training will be provided on the tax implications of trusts in our core jurisdictions.
•Mentoring trustees to develop their understanding of the UK tax aspects of overseas trusts.
•Reviewing trust deeds and documentation
•Providing UK tax technical support to overseas partners
