The role:
•Providing assistance in the planning and performing of VAT consultancy assignments
•Communicating with and drafting correspondence to clients and Customs and Excise.
•Drafting claim documentation
•Providing VAT technical support to audit and tax staff
•Assisting partners and managers to promote the firms’ tax expertise internally and externally
•Carrying out technical research using VAT legislation, Customs guidance and case law
•Carrying out Business Development and a promotional role (this role could also be tailored to suit a technical specialist)
