Corporate Tax Real Estate Manager - in house - London, to £90k

Our client is GLOBAL FTSE looking to hire a Senior tax manager in the Real Estate sector

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Head of Investment & Operational Taxes in supporting investment structuring and tax risk management in respect of Investment Management activity across the Group for both traditional and property investments, with a strong focus on UK real estate and illiquid investment strategies.

The successful candidate would have responsibility for managing the day to day relationship of Tax team with real estate and other investment management teams, requiring experience of corporate tax, income tax, capital gains tax, VAT, stamp duty and overseas tax regimes while developing relationships in a specialist business area.

The role has a varied and wide ranging remit, working collaboratively in a small advisory team with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, and so requires someone who thrives in an environment where they will have multiple deliverables to manage.

YOU

You will be a qualified accountant or tax professional. Experience of effective governance around investment management structuring and a solid working knowledge of tax technical issues for traditional and real estate investment are a must. Experience within the asset management industry will be highly desirable."
