Specific responsibilities in the role include

* Monitoring Short Term Business Visitors tracking, as well as overseeing compliance around in-bound and outbound secondment arrangements
* Ensuring correct documentation of processes and procedures around all areas of employment taxes for SAO compliance.
* Liaising with the Groups Global Benefits team in the US with regard to stock awards granted to EMEA employees and ensuring that all required calculations are notified to the relevant payroll teams as appropriate.

As this is the first time the role has been created, there is a real opportunity to shape the role and highlight the ability to add value in this area of tax.

The Group has enjoyed significant growth and success so they need someone who is proactive enough to keep up with the pace of the business and adapt to a changing environment.
