Part Time Bookkeeper, Cambridge

6-7 month assignment, maternity cover, bookkeeping, Cambridge town centre

Your new company
An opportunity to join a professional services business for 6-7 months to cover maternity leave. This bookkeeping job is based in Cambridge town centre and will ideally begin in february to allow time for a handover. The position is for 7 hours per week which would need to be completed on either a Thursday or Friday. The organisation has 30 employees in its Cambridge office.

Your new role
Duties in this role will be varied however key tasks will include processing purchase and sales ledger, credit control, bank reconciliation and preparing VAT returns.

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates will have experience in the above areas and will have worked in a similar role previously. You will need to be available to start in February and welcome working on a part time basis.You will also have working knowledge of Sage. AAT qualification would be highly advantageous but not essential.
