Private Client Tax Manager, Wiltshire

The private client tax department of this ranked firm of Chartered Accountants work with a wide range of wealthy clients, including high net worth individuals, non-resident and non-domiciled individuals, across Wiltshire and further afield.

An opportunity has arisen for a CTA qualified or part-qualified personal tax specialist to join this successful team at manager grade.

This post may suit an experienced assistant manager ready to step up to full managerial responsibilities or someone who is already a manager.

The role in brief:

This is a responsible position. You will be tasked with managing a small team and will report directly to one of the Tax Partners.

You will manage a client portfolio, some of which will include complex tax cases, including high net worth individuals, non-resident and non-domiciled individuals; you will review tax returns and assist with advisory projects to clients in areas such as IHT and CGT.

Some experience and knowledge of trusts and estates would also be very welcome, but is not essential.

In addition to good communication and managerial skills, you will be a capable tax technician who is comfortable overseeing the work of others, providing guidance where necessary and managing client relationships equally effectively.
