International Tax Manager required for an acquisitive & growing business in Warrington paying to £70k+Bens

Your new company
Your new company is an acquisitive and growing business based in Warrington and we are seeking a talented tax professional for the role of International Tax Manager.


Your new job
Working with a talented Head of Tax and Treasury your new job will be to provide a compliance and advisory service to the Group including M&A work, financing, restructuring and appropriate tax planning. Additionally you will implement the Groups tax strategy and provide advice to the business on a wide variety of business transactions.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a tax professional either currently or trained in the Big 4 with knowledge of US tax and current knowledge of BEPS would be desirable. You will be a self starter, be able to work as part of a wider team and possess effective written and oral communication skills.

In return you will work with a talented wider finance team and form part of the management team that provide a real advisory service to the Executive team.
