The role will involve you working directly with a private client tax partner on his key projects. The partner will act as your mentor ensuring you develop your client skills and technical knowledge.
You will deal with the complicated affairs of UK HNWI’s. An understanding of entrepreneurial clients and the challenges they face will be an advantage.

The kind of projects you can be involved in can include; equity/debt investments in private companies, private company reorganisations/demergers, management buy-outs, venture capital/private equity transactions, corporate transactions, tax-efficient shareholder/employee equity incentive arrangements, personal investment companies.
