Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director, Surrey

This accountancy practice provides a broad range of professional services to some large corporates and multinationals as well as a number of SMEs in Surrey, London and further afield.

You will be tasked with building on some already excellent client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to your own corporate portfolio, spanning both corporate and international tax work which may include company valuations, reorganisations, acquisitions and sales, dealing with
Revenue enquiries, the establishment of share option schemes and the preparation of specific tax advice and reports.

Given the nature of the client base, a familiarity with other taxes will be advantageous, but it is to be emphasised that this is a corporate tax advisory role.

Suitable candidates will be CTA qualified with corporate tax advisory experience gained in a top 50 accountancy firm or equivalent.
