CST Team Leader (5 month FTC) Grant Thornton, Belfast

You'll lead and support the Central Services Team (CST) members with a view to delivering a first class service to both internal and external clients, whilst supporting the CST Manager in driving excellence within CST. You'll also be responsible for providing accurate and timely management information and will report to the CST Manager and the Senior Management Team.

What you'll be doing

you'll manage the resourcing of the team functions on a daily basis
you'll communicate effectively with internal and external customers and manage difficult situations in an efficient and professional manner, escalating where appropriate
you'll ensure that complaints are handled in accordance with firm's policy and are recorded appropriately
you'll manage stakeholders' expectations and deliver against SLAs
you'll ensure that the team adheres to agreed key performance indicators, compliance and risk requirements, SLAs and quality standards
you'll support the Department Manager in the development and implementation of technology and systems

Education, experience and qualifications:

you'll be proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel
you'll have a minimum of 5 GCSE passes (A – C) to include Maths and English
you'll have experience in a comparable Team Leader role and have a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
you'll have the ability to manage client expectations and deal with complaints
