Payroll Analyst £31,000 - £34,000 + Benefits

Your new company

Your new company is a national organisation operating in the private sector. You will be based in their fantastic South Wales headquarters , which has recently undergone significant refurbishment.

Your new role

* You will take ownership of designing innovative solutions within the SAP system, whilst seeking opportunities to promote new functionality and improve process efficiency, thus providing more effective payroll and HR processes.

* You will act as an expert for the SAP HR systems, working with the HR and Payroll team to understand processes and provide recommendations on how the systems can be fully utilised.

* You are responsible for the reporting function within SAP. Maintaining existing reports and producing new reports as required.

* You will be require to complete compliance checks within payroll and expenses, and provide technical payroll support ensuring that the system, processes and payments are processed in line HMRC and company policy.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience of operating SAP HR . Experience of building reports and analysis of data. Prior experience of working within a payroll team. A good grasp of HMRC statutory obligations for payroll and expenses.



What you'll get in return

In return you will get a competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience, and also a very attractive benefits package, which will be explained in full upon application.
