Who are the clients? UK and overseas businesses that operate in the real estate sector; private equity fund managers; listed and private property companies including REITs.
What will you be doing? Providing tax advisory services to these clients, providing a high quality service regarding their property transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest property deals in the market. There are also managerial responsibilities across the levels, which involves mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.
What do you need? Corporate tax experience from the real estate and/or property sector, preferably from another Practice but those from in-house will also be equally considered.
